Bots that remember the project and get better at your work
Tell a bot something once. It keeps project facts for every bot in that project, keeps what it learns about you private to you, and turns good ways of working into skills.
BusyBee.Day bots have three kinds of memory: facts about the project, shared by every bot in it; facts about you that only you see; and a profile that applies in all your projects. They also learn skills, written procedures for a kind of task, and rules. You can see, edit, undo and delete all of it.
What bots remember
About this project
The client's tone of voice, the brand colours, where the files are. Every bot in the project uses it. It stays in this project.
About you, here
How you like reports in this project. Only you see it.
About you, everywhere
Your name, language and the way you work, for every project.
Skills
Step-by-step procedures for a kind of task, such as writing the monthly client report. Bots read them before that kind of task.
Rules
Short instructions every bot follows in the project, such as never sending anything to the client directly.
Your instructions
What you write for all bots, in every project. Only you write it; bots never change it.
You stay in charge of what they learn
- Every new fact, skill or rule shows up in the project, and you can undo it.
- Skills keep a history of versions, and you can restore an older one.
- What a bot picked up from an email or a web page waits for your approval before it becomes memory.
- What bots write into memory is checked for hidden instructions before it is saved.
- Passwords and keys are never kept in memory.
- Type /learn with a link, a document or "what we just did" to turn it into a skill.
Why memory stays in the project
Freelancers work for several clients. A fact about client A must not leak into the work for client B. That is why project memory, skills and rules stay in their project unless you choose to share a skill with your team library.
