Chat with a bot that already knows your project
Each chat belongs to a project, so the bot starts with your tasks, documents and what it learned there. No pasting context into a blank window.
In BusyBee.Day you chat with a bot inside a project. It can read that project's tasks, comments and documents, search the web, and create tasks or documents from the conversation. You can attach up to 5 files of up to 10 MB, dictate, have answers read aloud and save any answer as a document.
Things people ask in a project chat
What should I work on today?
Looks at what is due, overdue and in progress in the project and suggests an order with reasons.
Break the website redesign task into subtasks with estimates.
Creates the subtasks under the task and tells you what it assumed.
Here is the client's PDF brief. What is missing before I can quote?
Reads the attachment and lists the open questions to send the client.
Draft a project plan as a document.
Writes the plan as a document in the project, ready to edit.
What the chat does
- Shows every step the bot takes, such as reading a task or searching the web, so you can see how it reached an answer.
- Shows how many credits each answer used.
- Keeps chats per project, grouped by date and searchable. Bots can also search earlier chats when you refer to them.
- Takes files: attach up to 5 files of up to 10 MB each to a message.
- Lets you dictate instead of typing and have an answer read aloud.
- Saves an answer as a document in the project with one click.
Chat or task: which to use
Use chat for questions, quick drafts and thinking out loud. Use a task when you want something done and tracked: it has a due date, a status, and the bot's result waits for your review in the comments.
You can move between them. Ask the bot in chat to take on a task, and it adds the work to its list.
