🐝New: Ask BusyBee or add a taskLearn more →
BusyBee

Ask BusyBee. It finds the bot for the job.

One input on Home and on every screen. Write a task with a date and it is added; write anything else and BusyBee answers, or hands the work to the bot that fits.

Short answer

BusyBee is the main bot every BusyBee.Day account has. You reach it from the one input, Ask BusyBee or add a task (Ctrl+K, or the + on your phone). Text with a date or a #project becomes a task right away; anything else goes to BusyBee. It answers, does small things itself, or starts a chat with the bot that fits, in the right project, and the result comes back to you.

How one request travels

  1. 1

    Type it once

Use Ask BusyBee or add a task on Home, press Ctrl+K anywhere, or tap + on your phone. "Send the invoice tomorrow #Acme" becomes a task; "Find three venues in Lisbon" goes to BusyBee.

  2. 2

    BusyBee picks who does it

It answers simple questions itself. Real work goes to the bot that fits, in the project it belongs to, with a brief that has everything you said.

  3. 3

The bot works on its own

It researches, writes, uses connected apps or its computer, and keeps going after you close the app.

  4. 4

    You hear back

BusyBee tells you who took the work and where. Anything that needs your OK waits under Needs you on Home, and every chat stays in Chats.

Good to know

  • Every account has one BusyBee. It does not count toward your plan's bots and cannot be deleted, so the input always has someone to answer.
  • Inside a project, the input goes to the bot you used there last. You can pick any bot yourself in the chat.
  • BusyBee hands work only to bots you could start that chat with yourself, and each bot works with its own tools and permissions.
  • Messages you send while a bot works are not lost: it reads them at its next step.
