BusyBee.Day vs Notion: docs with AI, or tasks done by bots?
Notion is a flexible workspace for docs and databases with an AI agent built in. BusyBee.Day is a task and project app built around bots that take work and bring it back.
Notion is the stronger docs and wiki tool, and Notion Agent is included on the Business plan (about $20 per member a month) with Custom Agents paid by credits. BusyBee.Day costs less to start, includes a bot on the free plan, adds a cloud computer and model choice, and is built around tasks, a daily agenda and review. You can also connect a bot to Notion.

Where each one is the better choice
Stay with Notion if
Your work is mostly writing and organising knowledge, and you or your team already pay for Business.
Pick BusyBee.Day if
You want to hand off tasks and review results, plan your day, give bots a browser and keep each client's memory separate.
Connect them if
You keep the wiki in Notion. A BusyBee.Day bot can read and update it, and BusyBee.Day can import Notion pages.
