🐝New: AI bots that do your tasksLearn more →
For solo founders

An AI bot for solo founders running everything at once

Customer questions, failed payments, bug reports and the investor update. Give each one to a bot and review instead of doing.

Short answer

Solo founders use BusyBee.Day bots with Stripe to look up customers, payments and subscriptions, with GitHub to triage issues, and with the bot computer to test their own app in a real browser. Bots draft replies to customers, turn bug reports into tasks and write a weekly update, and ask before they change anything.

Tasks founders hand off

You write

Which customers had a failed payment this week? Draft a friendly note for each.

The bot

Looks up the payments in Stripe and writes the drafts in the task for you to send.

You write

Go through new GitHub issues and turn real bugs into tasks with steps to reproduce.

The bot

Reads the issues and creates tasks, marking the ones it could not reproduce from the text.

You write

Sign up on the staging app as a new user and tell me where the onboarding is confusing.

The bot

Uses Chrome on its computer, goes through sign-up and writes what it found with screenshots.

You write

Every Friday, draft the weekly update from closed tasks and Stripe revenue.

The bot

Runs on schedule and leaves the draft in a new chat.

What to set up

  • Stripe connected; actions such as refunds ask for your OK, and Stripe itself asks for confirmation for some of them.
  • GitHub with a token limited to your repositories.
  • The bot computer on Pro for testing your app.

Questions and answers

Can the bot issue refunds?

Stripe's MCP server can create refunds, and Stripe requires a human confirmation for some actions such as refunds. In BusyBee.Day they also ask for your OK by default.

Is this a replacement for a help desk?

No. It helps you answer and track, but it does not run a support inbox on its own.
