Time Tracking
Track time on tasks, fill in a timesheet and see what is billable
Start a timer on a task, or add time in plain form such as 1h 30m. The timesheet shows your week by task and day. The report adds up tracked and billable time by project, person or task, marks what was invoiced and exports to CSV.
The week by task and day, with totals.
What is time tracking?
Time tracking shows where time actually goes, so you can bill correctly and plan better. Here it lives on the tasks themselves, not in a separate app.
How to track time
Track, review and report in three steps.
- 1
Track
Press play on a task, or choose Add time and write how long it took.
- 2
Review your week
Open Time and check the timesheet. Change a cell, or add a task you forgot.
- 3
Report
Choose dates and grouping in Report, mark what you invoiced and download a CSV.
