FAQ
Common questions
Can BusyBee.Day work as a CRM?
For pipeline tracking, yes: a Board with custom statuses and custom fields handles deal flow for small teams, and a Database can hold contacts and companies. For email tracking and sequences, keep a dedicated CRM and connect it with webhooks.
Can a bot help with follow-ups?
Yes. Paste your call notes into a chat with BusyBee and ask for the follow-ups; the bot creates the tasks with due dates in the project you name.
Can I sync deals to an external CRM?
Through webhooks: outgoing webhooks fire when a task is created, changes status or is completed. Send them to Zapier, Make or n8n to update HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce.
