FAQ

Common questions

Can BusyBee.Day replace Jira or Linear for product teams?

For small and mid-sized product teams that want one tool for the whole company, often yes: sprints with a backlog, burndown and velocity, a roadmap Timeline, task types, story points, custom fields, team roles and AI bots. Triage queues are not built in.

How does BusyBee.Day help sprint planning?

Turn on sprints in the project. Plan the next sprint from the backlog, start it to fix what the team commits to, and follow the burndown, burnup and velocity. Story points are a field of every task, unfinished work moves on when a sprint is completed, and automatic sprints start and end on their own. Sprints are on Basic and up.

Does BusyBee.Day support cross-team product work?

Each team has its own projects, and a person can belong to several teams. Tasks in a team project can be assigned to any member of that team.

Can I run customer interviews with BusyBee.Day?

Yes. Put each interview on the calendar as a task, keep the notes in a document in the project, and set buffer minutes so auto-schedule does not plan other work right next to them.
