FAQ

Common questions

Can BusyBee.Day mark work as billable?

Task types carry an invoice default, so a type such as "Client work" marks its tasks as billable. Add custom fields for client, hours and rate in the projects where you need them.

Can I export financial data from BusyBee.Day?

A Database can be exported as CSV. Settings > Data & Privacy downloads all your data, tasks included, as a ZIP of CSV files.

Does BusyBee.Day integrate with QuickBooks or Xero?

Not directly. Outgoing webhooks fire when a task is completed, and tools such as Zapier or Make can pass that on to your accounting software.

How is BusyBee.Day different from Harvest or Toggl for finance?

Harvest and Toggl track time. BusyBee.Day tracks time on tasks too: a timer, time logged by hand and a weekly timesheet on every plan, and reports with CSV export from Basic. It also plans the work: recurring tasks, projects, databases and a calendar.
