Ask one or more people to approve a task, and add what you want them to look at. They see it under Needs you, and can approve, request changes or reject with a comment. Clients and viewers can be invited to just the projects they need. They do not take a paid seat, and can comment on tasks and documents or just read.

What is approvals and guests?
Approvals replace the e-mail asking 'is this okay?' with a decision on the task itself. Guests let the people you work for see the work, without giving them your whole team.
How to ask for approval

In a task choose Ask for approval, pick the people and write what to check.

They approve, request changes or reject, with a comment. You are notified at once.

In a project's Share dialog type an e-mail and choose Client or Viewer.
