    Set priority and metadata

    Assign P1 to P4 priority. Add labels, custom fields, project, due date, and estimated duration in minutes.

    Auto-schedule onto your calendar

    Toggle Auto-Schedule and the AI places the task in an available slot that respects priority, focus time, and your meetings.

    Track and update

    Move tasks between statuses (To Do → In Progress → Done). Comments, activity log, and change history are recorded automatically.

    Recur or duplicate

    Mark recurring tasks (daily, weekly, custom). Duplicate any task with one click to clone its custom fields and labels.
