inbox๋?
A productivity inbox is a triage queue for everything that needs your attention. BusyBee.Day's Inbox is the GTD-style "in" tray that unifies tasks, mentions, notifications, and email-driven actions so you process the day once instead of context-switching between tabs.
How to use the BusyBee.Day Inbox
Triage everything in one pass each morning.
- 1
Open the Inbox
Press Cmd/Ctrl-1 or navigate to /app/inbox.
- 2
Scan the list
Newest items at top. Each shows a one-line preview, source badge, and timestamp.
- 3
Process each item
Press E to expand, S to schedule, Z to snooze, X to archive. Most items take under 5 seconds.
- 4
Convert when needed
Mention or notification that needs follow-up? Press T to convert to a task with priority and project.
- 5
Empty the inbox
Aim for inbox-zero once per day, typically morning. The empty state confirms you're done.

Email-driven workflows
Gmail automation rules drop tasks into Inbox; you decide which to schedule and which to delete.
Team mentions
When someone @-mentions you in a comment, it lands in Inbox. Reply or convert to a task.
Automation review
Webhook-triggered tasks (Stripe, GitHub) appear in Inbox first so you can verify before they hit projects.
