Questions fréquentes
How do I connect Google Calendar to BusyBee.Day?
Go to Settings → Integrations and click "Connect Google Calendar." You'll be redirected to Google for OAuth authorization. Once connected, your events sync automatically within seconds.
Is the sync two-way?
Yes. External Google Calendar events appear in BusyBee.Day, and BusyBee.Day tasks, habits, and focus blocks can be pushed back to Google Calendar so others see "busy" during them.
Can I sync multiple Google Calendars?
Yes. After OAuth, you can choose which of your Google Calendars (work, personal, family, etc.) sync into BusyBee.Day. Selection can be changed at any time in Settings.
What permissions does BusyBee.Day request?
BusyBee.Day requests read and write access to the calendars you select - needed for two-way sync. We never read other Google data and never share your calendar with third parties.
Does BusyBee.Day support Outlook or Apple Calendar?
Native two-way sync is currently Google Calendar only. Outlook and Apple Calendar work indirectly via webhook bridges or by sharing a Google Calendar.
