Yes. Create an outgoing webhook pointing to a Slack incoming webhook URL. BusyBee.Day sends task event notifications (created, completed, etc.) to your Slack channel.

Can I connect BusyBee.Day to Zapier or Make?

Yes. Both Zapier and Make accept webhooks as triggers. Use BusyBee.Day outgoing webhooks to start a Zap or scenario, and incoming webhooks to receive data from one.

What events trigger outgoing webhooks?

task.created, task.updated, task.completed, task.deleted, task.status_changed, task.assigned, comment.created, habit.completed, focus_time.started, focus_time.ended, and project.created.

How are webhooks secured?

Outgoing webhooks include an HMAC signature in X-BusyBee-Signature. Incoming webhooks have unique URL tokens. Both can be rotated at any time.

Are deliveries reliable?

Outgoing webhooks retry on 5xx and timeout failures with exponential backoff. Delivery logs show every attempt with status code, payload, and response.
