Documents → + New → Whiteboard. Pick a name (e.g., "Auth flow - v3").

Use shape tools, arrows, sticky notes. Excalidraw's hand-drawn aesthetic keeps things fast and low-stakes.

Set the parent project so the whiteboard shows in the project sidebar.
