Can I create tasks from emails automatically?
Yes. Set up rules that match emails by sender, subject, or Gmail label. When a matching email arrives, BusyBee.Day automatically creates a task with your configured defaults - priority, project, labels, and due-date offset.
Is my email data secure?
BusyBee.Day uses Google OAuth and requests read-only Gmail access. Email content is fetched on demand, never stored permanently, and never shared with third parties.
Can I use Gmail labels in BusyBee.Day?
Yes. Automation rules can match on Gmail labels (e.g., "Important", "Follow up") and trigger task creation with corresponding BusyBee.Day labels and properties.
Does BusyBee.Day send emails on my behalf?
No. BusyBee.Day has read-only access to Gmail. We never compose, send, modify, or delete emails. You can revoke access in your Google Account settings at any time.
How is this different from a Zapier "email to task" Zap?
